    wanted to say thankyou! i really admire, how you have said things like you
    eat dark chocolate and biscuits that have no added sugars and stuff,
    because it makes it seem more realistic! not going suddenly health crazy
    because it is a big step! i’m excited to start this up! because i have been
    going running everyday, and i need to start with my eating now because that
    just as big of an importance and this video made it seem easy and

    why do i think that most girls are starving to skin becouz of videos like

    over the years I have reached an unhealthy weight, I exercise when I can
    but at the same time I eat of lot of food and if i dont exercise it just

    If we drink lemon and honey with hot water at night before sleep do we
    still drink the green tea?
    Can we take nutrition bars as lunch or dinner?
    Is granola bar okay to replace the nutrition bar?
    I actually bought those Natural Dried Prunes from the market but the sugar
    on the label says 19 grams, is this not healthy for me? Do I avoid it?
    No dairy products, does milk count inside?
    For pasta, does it mean pasta without sauce? Or…?
    If we go on running, will this diet not work?
